Breakthrough blast furnace smelting "black box" and pre-iron cost optimization

In the field of blast furnace ironmaking, understanding and controlling the operation state inside the blast furnace is the key to ensure the long-term stability of the blast furnace, improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption. However, most of our understanding relies on conventional sensor detection or traditional blast furnace visualization methods, such as furnace top imaging, tuyere photography, laser level measurement, etc. These methods provide only indirect, superficial, and limited information, leaving our insights outside the black box of the blast furnace.
